R&D Intern

 

Objective

 

Support research and development projects aligned with global and business unit objectives. Support new programs and operations through laboratory testing and plant audits. Responsible for analyzing and preparing reports, suggesting effective solutions. Participate in plant problem solving and launches.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Support for the core and bonding technologies area in launch products. Preparation of reports.
  • Support for the cores area in operations (quality audits, technical support, and production optimization). Preparation of reports.
  • Management of sand and adhesive laboratory equipment and instrumentation (FTIR, pH meter, TGA, sand test tube blower, humidity chamber, universal machine, etc.).
  • Performing laboratory tests on sands and resins (pH analysis, AdV, granulometry, gas evolution, etc.).
  • Supporting laboratory administration by developing procedures, managing 5S, etc.

 

Position Requirements

 

  • Skilled in the use of Phyton, Power BI, Power Apps
  • English Advanced
  • Project Management.
  • Students of Engineering or related.
