R&D Intern (Sands)
Objective
Support research and development projects aligned with global and business unit objectives. Support new programs and operations through laboratory testing and plant audits.
Main Responsibilities
- Experience with laboratory testing methods.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of foundry sands, resins, and casting manufacturing processes is recommended.
- Visits to different plants to review types of sand and materials.
- Preparing reports and presentations to demonstrate proper sand usage, core handling, material storage, and continuous internal and external quality control.
Position Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Materials, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- English: Mandatory
- Semester: Preferably 6th
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
