R&D Intern (Sands)

 

Objective

Support research and development projects aligned with global and business unit objectives. Support new programs and operations through laboratory testing and plant audits.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Experience with laboratory testing methods.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge of foundry sands, resins, and casting manufacturing processes is recommended.
  • Visits to different plants to review types of sand and materials.
  • Preparing reports and presentations to demonstrate proper sand usage, core handling, material storage, and continuous internal and external quality control.

 

Position Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student in Materials, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • English: Mandatory
  • Semester: Preferably 6th
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
