Strategic Planning Specialist

Objective
Role plays a central part in establishing a strong foundation for informed decision-making, thereby contributing to the company's agility in adapting to dynamic market conditions.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordination and consolidation of Global Volume Forecast.
- Enhance reliability of short, mid, and long-term volume forecast.
- Support volume budget and 5-year business plan activities.
- Conduct strategic analysis to comprehend and respond to volume variations.
- Prepare management presentations on volume and other strategic projects.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or finance.
- At least 2-3 years of experience years of experience in Planning / Finance.
- Database management, Advance Excel, Tableau, SAP
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, strategic thinking.
- Behavioral Skills: Organized, Results Oriented, Strategic Vision, Team Player, Collaborative, People Development, Customer Focus, Cross-cultural Versatility, Communication skills, Analytics, Flexibility.
- English advance required.
