Talent Attraction and D&I Intern

 

Objective

Responsible of supporting communication and collaboration within the TA and D&I team, driving projects, analyzing data and delivering complete reports while carrying out initiatives across all regions of the company at a global level, seeking to foster a more fair and equitable environment in the organization.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Supports analyzes, and follows up on key projects for Talent Attraction and D&I
  • Assist in the execution of dynamic strategies to advance the organization's diversity and inclusion goals, emphasizing awareness and fostering an inclusive culture that leads to belonging and innovation.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of inclusion initiatives, aligning them with international standards, external benchmarks, and industry best practices to position Nemak as a global leader in diversity and inclusion.

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Psychology or Communications
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • English Advanced
  • Experience in D&I, Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding or HR Systems desired.
