Talent Development Intern

 

Objective

Support the evaluation, documentation, and monitoring of Talent Development processes.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Support Innovation: Identify how technology can support on Talent Development processes
  • Process monitoring and follow-up with the regional leaders.
  • Support to the internal clients HRBPs and employees.
  • Follow up on the compliance of performance stages and assessment evaluations.
  • Content writing English – Spanish & Qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Support in the management of internal reports and indicators.

 

Position Requirements

  • Career: HR, Administration, organizational psychology, related careers.
  • Software: Microsoft Office (Success factors desired).
  • Behavioral Skills: Organization and attention to detail, Active listening, Communication, Customer orientation, Interpersonal skills.
  • English advance required
