Talent Development Intern

 

Objective

Join the Talent Development Center of Excellence as an intern and support key initiatives that help improve the employee experience across the organization. In this role, you will contribute to Career Site updates, Talent Assessment processes, status reporting, pulse surveys, data analysis, and the maintenance of guidelines and toolkits, while gaining hands-on experience in global Talent Development processes.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track the progress of the Performance Management process across regional teams.
  • Support regional leaders in the implementation of performance management initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for Talent Development projects and initiatives.
  • Support the design and publication of materials for the Career Site.
  • Provide administrative support for Talent Assessment processes, including coordination with regional champions on cost allocations, payment follow-up with Finance and vendors, and maintenance of internal assessment records.
  • Keep Talent Development toolkits up to date, ensuring they reflect the latest updates in platform functionality and processes.
  • Provide regional champions with detailed status reports on Talent Development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze feedback related to Talent Development and Employee Engagement initiatives, and present key findings to internal stakeholders.

 

Position Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency is a must.
  • Active student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
