Objective
Support for the integration and homologation of talent development processes, and projects in the Americas Region.
Main Responsibilities
- Support and Guidance to the internal clients HRBPs and employees.
- Follow up on the compliance of performance stages and assessment evaluations.
- Content writing English – Spanish.
- Qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Support in the management of internal reports and indicators.
Position Requirements
- Student of Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Organized.
- Task-focused.
- Timely follow-up of processes.
- Attention to the internal customer.
- English Advanced.
