Technical Service Supervisor EMC
Objective
Responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the company's equipment, machinery and asset systems, as well as continuous improvement by meeting production, quality and cost requirements through the development and implementation of maintenance strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities at the facilities (internal and external personnel)
- Plan and coordinate the necessary resources to ensure the continuity of operations.- Maintain communication with other departments and suppliers to ensure efficient response times.
- Control daily spare parts expenses, ensuring compliance with the cost per piece and area budget and implementation of cost reduction projects.
- Manage staff overtime without exceeding objectives and trend improvement plans.
- Manage the necessary training for the development of direct/indirect reporting staff
- Manage the required training, generate a good work environment
- Follow up on 5's audit findings, follow up on escalations of hazardous waste generation
- Ensure the positive trend of maintenance indicators
- Generate effective action plans focused on the system.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer Mechanical Engineer Electrician, Mechanical Engineer Administrator
- Experience in Welding, Maintenance, Electricity (Industrial, Electrical Substations, High and Low Voltage, Basic Control, Distribution Networks), Budget Management
- Structured and Organized in tactical and strategic work activities. Innovation and creativity in activities in order to maximize resources.
