Tooling Engineer

 

Objective

Ensure the execution and coordination in a timely manner in the input of documents related to the design standards of High-Pressure Injection Molding and Reboring Dies. Carry out the coordination of master designs, tool book and manuals to be delivered to the tool shop; identifying and promoting solutions in the areas of opportunity related to operation and maintenance. Contributing to new programs to improve the company's performance.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and update Tooling life with defined frequency.
  • Manage complete flow for Tooling manufacturing - Support in technical and operational needs.
  • Manage Tooling design and CAD/CAM engineering.
  • Support for simulations.
  • Propose saving and innovation projects.

Position Requirements

  • Education: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer
  • Experience: GD&T, Product Development, HPDC (Mandatory)
  • English: Proficient
