Transformation & Business Process Leader Americas
Objective
Responsible for lead projects and manage change management strategy for Nemak.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the projects that are part of the strategic priorities of the region, as part of our strategic architecture of the transformation Roadmap
- Manage change management strategy and accompaniment for the leaders of these strategies.
- Support the strategic planning process.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering or related careers as projects management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology)
- Interpersonal communication skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, high sense of responsibility, strategic thinking, adaptation to change.
- Certification in Change Management
- Certification in Project Management
- Strategic mindset & global perspective
- English 100%
- At least 2 years in positions with similar challenges.
