Advanced Manufacturing Sr. Engineer
Objective
Base on new program Capex plan, responsible for entire equipment &fixture manufacturing engineering, ensure project enters mass production smoothly with best safety, quality, cost
Main Responsibilities
- Develop RFQ for equipment that meet technical and commercial expectations of Nemak. Develop specifications that meet the requirements for operation, maintenance and robust design of equipment and machinery.
- Define equipment standard and standardization into operation, close work with maintenance team to get supplier best solution.
- Review proposals, support purchasing procedure, deliver technical recommendation and support in choosing the best option.
- Provide equipment manufacturing plan based on engineering change plan or the feasibility analysis report of the new product developed by PDC.
- Provide support to operations during the start of manufacturing system. Response for new equipment delivery and installation to meet with RFQ requirement.
- Support the definition of the working group to establish the validation plan and coordination of project activities
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above.
- Mechanical engineering, material forming, automation or related engineering majors.
- Manufacturing engineering or process development in the automotive parts industry for 5 years.
- Program Management for 3years.
- Mechanic and electrical experience for 5years
