Operation Manager
Objective
Ensure achieving HSE targets in production teams, productivity targets in all produciton areas, and manufacturing cost target. Work together with process and quality in reducing scraps. Coordinate with IE and other functional departments in continuos improvement. Optimize team organization through coaching and promoting talents and improving manpower efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Safety, Health, and Environmental Compliance
Ensure that safety and health hazards are effectively controlled. This involves regularly assessing the workplace for potential risks, implementing safety measures, and providing appropriate safety training to employees.
Ensure that people's behaviors align with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations. This requires promoting a safety - conscious culture within the factory, conducting regular inspections, and taking corrective actions when non - compliance is identified.
- Production and Delivery Management
Organize day-to-day operations in an optimal manner to ensure the production and timely delivery of products that meet customer demands. This includes coordinating all aspects of the production process, from raw material procurement to final product shipment, in accordance with production schedules and quality standards
- Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement
Lead or support task force teams focused on cost reduction and effectiveness improvement. This may include initiatives such as streamlining processes, reducing waste, and improving resource utilization. Analyze production data and cost structures to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve cost - savings and efficiency gains.
Work in conjunction with relevant teams to optimize operational organization and layouts. By re - arranging workspaces, improving work - flow, and ensuring proper resource allocation, increase manpower efficiency. This also involves evaluating and implementing new technologies or methods that can enhance productivity.
- Quality and Scrap Reduction
Collaborate with QTT (Quality, Technology, and Training) teams to reduce external and internal scraps. This requires implementing quality control measures throughout the production process, from raw material inspection to final product testing. Analyze the root causes of scrap production and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure that the factory adheres to the requirements of VDA6.3 and IATF16949 in terms of quality management. This includes implementing quality management systems, conducting internal audits, and continuously improving processes to meet or exceed quality standards.
- New Product Development and SOP Execution
Be actively involved in new product development. This may include providing input on manufacturability, production capacity, and cost estimates during the product design phase.
Ensure the smooth implementation of the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) plan for new products. This involves coordinating with cross - functional teams to develop and finalize SOPs, training employees on new procedures, and monitoring the execution of SOPs to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency.
- Talent Development Management

- Bachelor’s degree
- Production management experience in the same industry
- English is proficient
- Advanced in IATF 16949 tools and related standards
