Production Supervisor

Objective
- Responsible for supporting operation team obtain good performance including safety ,productivity, quality, cost reduction
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for observing and implement company HSE management system and position's operation specification, control the department's KPI (LTC &NLTC, etc handling customer and internal quality issue)
- Responsible for cooperating with PDC & PE to launch new project, establish related documents
- Responsible for leading some improvement project, cost down, increase productivity etc
- Responsible for holding weekly production review meeting to discuss and abnormality issue and follow up
Position Requirements
- Education Bachelor Degree, majoring in mechanical engineering or metallurgical science
- Experience 5 years at automotive industry, 6 sigma, lean manufacturing
- Others Manufacturing management experience
