Quality Engineer
Objective
Responsible for product and process quality assurance from developing phase to end of life, both internally and external customer. As a interface both internal and external customer in quality regional. Responsible for the quality performance stabilization and promotion. Support customer about their quality requirement and reach the agreement. Response for customer complaints, lead 8D activities and summarize 8D reports. Lead quality activities monitor quality performance and keep customer good satisfaction in quality area.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer satisfaction and relationship maintenance
- Quality control from advance phase to mass production, until EOP.
- Lead problem solving by 8D on official customer complaints and internal hot issues.
- Lead PPAP external validation on replaced dies/core box/production lines, etc.
- Monitor and analysis the quality data, lead cross function team of quality issues analysis and solving.
- Poor quality cost control from internal &external scrap, 3rd party sorting expense working as key member of Quality triangle team.
- Drive continuous improvement of process quality.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above.
- More than five years' quality management experience
- Proficient English Language
- Advanced in IATF 16949 and Quality Tools
