Objective

 

We are looking for an HR Operation Administrator who will ensure smooth and efficient HR administrative processes and provide daily operational HR support on-site.

The role requires a detail-oriented and service-minded professional who is able to handle HR agenda accurately, respond quickly to employee needs, and support managers in day-to-day HR topics. The ideal candidate works in a structured way, communicates effectively, and contributes to a stable and well-functioning work environment.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • ensuring accurate execution of daily HR administrative processes (employment documentation, changes, employee records) in line with internal policies and labor law
  • providing on-site HR support to employees and line managers, acting as a first point of contact for operational HR topics
  • coordinating onboarding and supporting employee lifecycle processes (hire – changes – exit)
  • maintaining accurate HR documentation and ensuring audit readiness at all times
  • processing employee requests and standard HR documentation in a timely and service-oriented manner
  • cooperating with HR specialists (payroll, recruitment, HRBP) and supporting execution of their activities locally
  • supporting communication and implementation of HR policies, procedures and internal standards
  • ensuring proper information flow between plant operations and HR stakeholders, including escalation of issues when needed

 

Position Requirements

 

  • Secondary or university education (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)
  • Experience in HR administration, personnel administration or similar role (min. 2 years preferred)
  • Knowledge of Czech labor law and HR processes is an advantage
  • Very good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors) is an advantage
  • English at communicative level (min. B1–B2)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment and interact with all levels of the organization
