Objective
For the position Head of Maintenance for Nemak Czech Republic s.r.o. we are looking for a new colleague who would like to apply his experience in the automotive industry in a company with global operations.
We are looking for a responsible and proactive personality. The new colleague should be flexible and resistant to stress.
Main Responsibilities
- Setting up a preventive maintenance system for equipment, ensuring that the plan is met
- Corrective maintenance management
- Ensuring equipment availability for smooth production operations
- Maintaining equipment condition according to legal requirements
- Team management
- Managing maintenance department costs
Position Requirements
- High school education
- English - communicative knowledge, German - advantage
- investment planning and cost management know-how
- orientation in industrial KPIs
- reading technical drawings
- negotiating skills
- driving license category B
