Objective

For the position Head of Maintenance for Nemak Czech Republic s.r.o. we are looking for a new colleague who would like to apply his experience in the automotive industry in a company with global operations.

 

We are looking for a responsible and proactive personality. The new colleague should be flexible and resistant to stress.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Setting up a preventive maintenance system for equipment, ensuring that the plan is met
  • Corrective maintenance management
  • Ensuring equipment availability for smooth production operations
  • Maintaining equipment condition according to legal requirements
  • Team management
  • Managing maintenance department costs

 

Position Requirements

  • High school education
  • English - communicative knowledge, German - advantage
  • investment planning and cost management know-how
  • orientation in industrial KPIs
  • reading technical drawings
  • negotiating skills
  • driving license category B
