Objective
Do you have experience in production management and team management? Do you enjoy modern technology, automation and continuous improvement of processes? We are looking for a Production Manager for our production plant in Podbořany, who will take responsibility for the assigned area of robotic welding and machining and will be a key partner in meeting production goals.
Main Responsibilities
- managing a team of people
- coordination of production to meet customer requirements and the production plan - to ensure smooth production
- definition of preventive measures in production
- active approach to solving sudden problems
- regular evaluation and improvement of production parameters of production lines
- implementation and support of Lean Manufacturing
Position Requirements
- experience with management and coordination of employees
- min. secondary education - technical direction
- experience with team management in a production company - min. 3 years
- English - min. B2, German - advantage
- knowledge of production processes - welding / machining / assembly - an advantage
- extensive know-how in production processes
- ability to optimize processes
- experience with the identification of production risks, their mitigation and prevention
- production, personnel and preventive maintenance planning
- application of the quality management system - applicable knowledge of ISO 9001, VDA, IATF 16949
- the ability to achieve set goals
- experience with team management
- customer oriented
- the ability to solve technical problems
