Objective

 

We are looking for a Process Engineer in the field of machining and mechanical joining. The new colleague should have the ability to solve technical problems in the field of machining of metal components and their joining, should be strongly oriented to detail, capable of a systematic approach, independent, meticulous, flexible and have other creative qualities that will help us to be successful.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • ensuring the correct setting of machining procedures for steel structures according to customer specifications - dimensional, material and at the same time setting key production controls for individual process steps
  • ensuring the correct setting of procedures for mechanical joining of parts according to customer specifications - dimensional, material and at the same time setting key production controls for individual process steps
  • ability to adjust and optimize the machining cycle, fixtures and processes leading to the production of an identical part
  • solving deviations in the machining and mechanical joining process and taking the necessary corrective / preventive measures
  • communication with suppliers (together with the quality department) to set criteria for checking parts delivered to the plant
  • participating in ensuring the correct process procedures for assembling all components into a single unit, including control operations
  • creating work instructions for operators, participating in control plans and assessing risks for individual processes
  • cooperation with a development center abroad
  • participating in initial production checks, participating in the creation of a new prospective technical team

 

Position Requirements

 

  • University or secondary education in a technical field
  • Knowledge of English at a communicative level (min. B2)
  • Experience in a similar or identical process – machining, mechanical joining
  • Experience in reading and programming CNC programs
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and work instructions
  • Knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings
  • Ability to evaluate and understand technical standards given by the customer
  • Willingness to participate in business trips to Europe
  • Driver's license category B
