Objective
We are looking for a new colleague to join the Production Planner position for the new plant of Nemak Czech Republic s.r.o. in Podbořany, who will apply his experience in the automotive industry in a company with global operations.
We are looking for a person who will have analytical thinking and organizational skills. The new colleague should have planning experience and a systematic approach.
Main Responsibilities
- creation of production plan and responsibility for correctness of planning data (approx. 20 production operations)
- responsibility for ensuring ideal quantity of components for production
- support of production plan and delivery plan to customer
- monitoring of production plan and its possible correction, reporting
- monitoring of stock status, overview and resolution of debts of input parts with suppliers
- ordering of transport of incoming input components and empty packaging to ensure proper operation for us and suppliers
Position Requirements
- proven experience in production planning
- proven experience in cooperation with component suppliers (regular communication, creation and communication of new recalls, monitoring timely material deliveries, resolving non-standard situations, resolving non-delivery of components, etc.)
- ability to communicate with suppliers in English (English is an advantage)
- knowledge of SAP ERP (PP module)
- independence, rapid adaptation to a new environment and assumption of responsibility
