Objective

 

We are looking for a new colleague to join the Quality Manager position for the new plant of Nemak Czech Republic s.r.o. in Podbořany, who will apply his experience in the automotive industry in a company with global operations.

 

We are looking for a person who will have leadership and organizational skills. The new colleague should have planning experience and a systematic approach.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • quality system management
  • complaint management
  • optimization of work processes for efficiency and reduction of scrap
  • preparation and coordination of internal audits, customer audits and certification audits
  • coordination of crisis measures in case of serious quality problems
  • leadership and development of the quality team
  • setting and monitoring of quality KPIs

 

Position Requirements

 

  • proven experience in quality management
  • advanced English
  • be able to maintain calm and perspective – be able to prioritize tasks and act assertively
  • strong leadership personality
