Objective
We are looking for a new colleague to join the Quality Manager position for the new plant of Nemak Czech Republic s.r.o. in Podbořany, who will apply his experience in the automotive industry in a company with global operations.
We are looking for a person who will have leadership and organizational skills. The new colleague should have planning experience and a systematic approach.
Main Responsibilities
- quality system management
- complaint management
- optimization of work processes for efficiency and reduction of scrap
- preparation and coordination of internal audits, customer audits and certification audits
- coordination of crisis measures in case of serious quality problems
- leadership and development of the quality team
- setting and monitoring of quality KPIs
Position Requirements
- proven experience in quality management
- advanced English
- be able to maintain calm and perspective – be able to prioritize tasks and act assertively
- strong leadership personality
