Executive Assistant

 

Objective

Is responsable in developing the highest productivity and performance standards as a proactive professional with vast experience in Office Management, Administration, Travel Logistics, Calendars-Agendas, to Manage or Process Official Documents, Internal and External Customer Service, Clients and Visit logistics, Safety and Engagement Models and Procedures Creation and Implementation, Local Event Coordinator

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Give Support to the BU Director and other Areas and Staff
  • Office Management and Administration
  • Travel Arrangements and Logistics
  • Internal and Exernal Customer Service
  • Strategic Calendar and Agenda Management
  • Project Management
  • Development and Inplementation of Innitiatives (HSE, cost reduction, Wellbeing)
  • Cultural and Organization Values Embassador and Promotor
  • General Tasks, Visit Organization and logistics, meeting arrangements, payment processes

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing or HR areas
  • + 5 years of experience working as a Executive Assistant 
  • English with high proficiency (written and spoken)
