Purchasing Business Support Intern
Objective
Support needed with the activities related to the deployment and implementation of global Ariba EDI project related to suppliers' onboarding process. This to support 2026 strategic initiative of operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead generation of supplier’s waves draft lists.
- Coordinates the validation of suppliers' waves with category and regional EDI teams.
- Updates feedback and manages supplier wave list.
- Consolidates final supplier wave list and releases to Ariba team.
- Follow up sessions with Ariba team of enablement and onboarding.
- Escalates and coordinates with purchasing team suppliers with issues.
- Attends sessions with suppliers to answer questions and clarify project scope.
Position Requirements
- Education required: Active college student with at least one-year left before graduation
- Career: Engineering IIS, IMA, TI or related careers
- Skills: Discipline, Leadership, Proactivity
- Proficient English
