Learning & Development Intern

Objective
Provide comprehensive support to the Learning & Development team by assisting in the administration of training programs, instructional design, and cultural and leadership initiatives, with a focus on technical development for engineering teams and casting technologies.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Learning & Development area in the planning and execution of training initiatives.
- Assist with the administration and management of courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the development of technical training programs for engineers, with a focus on various casting technologies.
- Collaborate on culture and leadership initiatives, including coordination and support for in-person events.
- Contribute to instructional design for internal clients, including proposals for didactic structures and graphic design elements.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering.
- Experience or strong passion for design, creativity, attention to detail, and effective communication.
- Technical Competences: Canva and Articulate Storyline.
- Soft Competences: Conflict Management Communication, Negotiation, Decision making, Leadership.
- Language: English (full bilingual proficiency)
