Learning & Development Specialist SAL

 

Objective

Develop and assure the execution of the Annual Training Plan, according to the legal requirements of training for all employees, design and implement actions to certificate employees in the new processes/equipment for the new programs, so they can be qualified for the operation.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Design learning experiences in different modalities, translating business objectives and needs into training goals.
  • Accountable for the plant's L&D area, meeting training management indicators. Work with sponsors and content experts to create content.
  • Develop and execute the Annual Training Plan
  • Receive internal and external audits related to quality, IATF, TISAX, HSE, and/or others. Demonstrate compliance with pertinent methods.
  • Manage hourly personnel development projects with a tangible impact on operations.
  • Track participants in training programs to ensure program completion.
  • Support operations in talent development.

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience at least 5 years in HR and L&D area, LMS Management, additional education in Instructional Design or Educational Technology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Ability to tailor content to different audiences and learning modalities.
  • Experience with talent development programs.
  • Software: SAP, MS Excel and Power Point
  • Behavioral Skills: high ethical standards, Organized, Results Oriented, Strategic Vision, Team Player, Collaborative, Customer Focus, Cross-cultural Versatility, Communication skills.
