Maintenance Engineer HPDC
 
Objective
Responsible for ensuring timely maintenance interventions, spare parts, and services, seeking to achieve departmental objectives and guarantee compliance with the production plan.

Main Responsibilities
 
•    Update and communicate indicators to the entire maintenance team on a daily basis.
•    Conduct daily meetings to review the top failures.
•    Establish the annual preventive and predictive maintenance plan, document it, and ensure compliance with the plan.
•    Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits, document evidence, and ensure that all maintenance process requirements are applied (MSA, CQI-9, ISO14001, IATF 16949, BIQ).
•    Develop a skills matrix for hourly and salaried staff.
•    Manage time and spare parts for MCP interventions
•    Create and update SAP structure, manage equipment data, cost centers, etc.

 
Position Requirements
 
•    English Intermediate.
•    CAD/ CAE Design
•    GD&T
•    HPDC Manufacturing process 
•    Casting Manufacturing process.
•    Machining Manufacturing process.
•    5 to 6 years of experience in HPDC
