Maintenance Supervisor
Objective
Upgrade equipment installed on site through control logic modifications and hardware replacement (HMIs and PLCs). Support corrective and preventive maintenance activities to restart equipment affected by recurring failures.
Main Responsibilities
- Support corrective and preventive maintenance activities during equipment startup.
- Support Maintenance Engineering with equipment startup following new installations or process modifications.
- Report modifications that improve equipment and processes to the Engineering department.
- Document all PLC programming for equipment installed in the area.
- Train personnel under your supervision to improve their technical skills.
- Provide support for aluminum casting equipment or molding lines.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics, electrical, industrial engineering, or related.
- 3 years or more of experience in aluminum fusion.
- 3 years or more of experience in molding.
- Strong focus on problem solving, testing & validation, occupational safety & health, automation, and mechatronics.
- Strong emphasis on decision-making, people development, communication, planning, and action-oriented.
- Basic English level
Preferably
- 1 year or more of knowledge of automation processes
- .2 years or more of experience with project implementation.
- 1 year or more of experience with WCM (World Class Manufacturing).
- Experience with logistics administration software.
