Performance Management Intern

 

Objective

Support Operational Performance by consolidating KPIs, preparing executive reports, and contributing to improvement initiatives across plants.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Projects:
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate KPIs (production, OEE, scrap).
  • Prepare executive reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support Performance Improvement and Cost Improvement Projects (CIPs).
  • Standardize reporting processes with central and plant teams.
  • Contribute to automation and continuous improvement efforts.

 

Position Requirements

  • College student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with KPIs.
  • Midadvanced Excel & PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Availability for 6 months; proactive and resultsoriented.
  • Team player, able to work under pressure.
  • English: Intermediate–advanced.
  • No prior experience required; internships or academic projects valued.
