Quality Engineer SAL

 

Objective:

Ensure the quality and reliability of our products through effective problem-solving, customer interaction, and coordination of internal and external quality processes, contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct attention to customer concerns, meetings, and reporting activities.
  • Provide quick and effective responses to quality-related issues.
  • Coordinate internal and external containment actions.
  • Apply structured problem-solving tools such as 8D’s, 7 Steps, Red X, and 5 Why’s.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
  • Master’s degree is desirable.
  • Knowledge and application of Core Tools (FMEA, DFMEA, Control Plan).
  • Proficient in problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, 8D’s, 5 Why’s, and Red X.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in direct customer interaction.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of manufacturing processes for cylinder heads and engine blocks.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
