HR Analyst WIS

Objective
The HR Operations Analyst provides professional level HR operational, analytical, and administrative support to ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient delivery of HR services across the plant. The role serves as a key resource for HR data accuracy, employee support, onboarding processes, HRIS updates, and workforce reporting. This position strengthens core HR capabilities through ownership of key processes, employee service delivery, and analytical responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities
HR Operations & Workforce Administration
- Maintain accurate HRIS records, personnel files, and documentation in compliance with corporate and legal standards
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring Day 1 readiness, completeness of documentation, and positive employee experience.
- Support hourly and salaried timekeeping and attendance processes, including reviewing exceptions, coordinating corrections, and ensuring alignment with pay and attendance policies.
- Administer personnel actions (promotions, transfers, status changes) with timely and accurate system updates.
- Provide backup support for payroll processing, including validation of payroll‑impacting
HR Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and maintain routine HR dashboards and workforce reports (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, hiring activity, training).
- Conduct routine data audits to ensure HRIS data integrity and support HRBP decision‑making.
- Support KPI tracking and produce weekly/monthly workforce metrics for HR and site leadership.
Employee Support & Service Delivery
- Serves as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, attendance, benefits basics, payroll issues, and general HR processes.
- Coordinate employee programs such as service awards, wellness initiatives, EAP materials, and uniform/PPE administration.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to HRBP Specialists, HR Operations Sr. Specialist, or ER resources as appropriate.
Talent, Culture & Engagement Support
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, learning activities, and engagement events (communications, scheduling, materials).
- Support annual processes such as performance review cycles, merit planning data collection, and documentation readiness.
- Assist in maintaining job descriptions, organization charts, and internal communication updates.
Compliance & Policy Execution
- Maintain compliance documentation, including file audits and record retention aligned with corporate and legal requirements.
- Support internal/external audits by preparing accurate records and materials.
- Ensure timely completion and tracking of mandatory training and policy acknowledgments.
Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- 2+ years' of relevant HR experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation)
- Understanding of HR processes (onboarding, HR files, personnel actions)
- Basic knowledge of U.S. employment law (EEO, FMLA, FLSA, ADA)
- Strong reporting, documentation, and data‑management capabilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
