Sr Financial Analyst WIS

Objective
Provide support for the Plant Controller in all Financial aspects of the plant, including month end closing, financial analysis, periodic forecasting, annual budgeting and advising Plant Management as needed. Mainly responsible for KPI tracking and helping management team understand the plant performance. Additionally, responsible to provide suggestions on achieving better results.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for inventory accounting, including month end analysis and reserve entries. Work with MP&L and production management to maintain bill of materials and routings. Maintain overhead rates as deemed necessary.
- Lead monthly outlook process including providing analysis and facilitating outlook review process with plant management.
- Assist with annual budgeting process.
- Be onsite liaison to rollout and insure implementation of any corporate or BU policies and procedures as well as liaison for all internal and external audits to insure resolution of findings.
- Spend time each week in the production areas and attend production meetings periodically.
- Contribute in the month end closing process, including leading P&L analysis, journal entry completion, and account reconciliations. Assist with month end reporting requirements.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a related field
- At least 8 years+ of experience in a Sr. Finance role
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing
- SAP experience a plus
