Objective

The Sales Administration Lead will liaison between the Sales Department and the plant and/or customer with the main focus being to solve commercial issues under the guidance of the Sales Administration Manager USA/CAN.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Support financial analysis with quotation team for engineering changes, prototypes and new programs.
  • Maintain customer open issues deck for the Customer to ensure they are resolved in a timely matter.
  • Maintain relationship with Customer's Purchasing and Engineering Departments.
  • Submit quotes for engineering changes, volume changes, among others.
  • Maintain contract / capacity database for customers.
  • Contribute to Sales Department's main KPIs.
  • Manage / Update pricing to validate correct invoicing for responsible plants.
  • Support plants in tooling collection activities with all customers.
  • Perform required customer service activities.
  • Attend and contribute in new program reviews / customer meetings as required.
  • Backfill Sales Administration Manager NA at meetings and reviewed when required.
  • Mentor and assist other Sales Administration Analysts/Specialist

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business
  • At least 5+ years' similar experience in a manufacturing, finance or sales environment
  • Previous automotive experience required
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong computer and presentation skills
