Mechanical Engineer is responsible for working closely with the product launch teams to ensure all the maintenance deliverables for new equipment are achieved. |

Main Responsibilities |
|
||||
• Candidate will work closely with the maintenance execution and planning teams. •Tasks will include the standardization of the equipment documentation database including line side documentation promoting the empowerment of the maintenance technicians. •Implement continuous improvement thru mechanical redesigns. •Develop close working relationships with equipment OEM, These relationships will be used as the main interface between maintenance and the OEM for technical support and training needs. •The mechanical engineer must work closely with the reliability and planning team to ensure the preventive and predictive maintenance programs are effective for sustainment and improvement as well as compliant to our customer and ISO requirements. •Must work closely with the product launch teams to ensure all the maintenance deliverables for new equipment are achieved. This will include the participation in the validation and commissioning of equipment on site. Initial training and first level expertise. Organization of all equipment documentation to meet the standard formats and hierarchy. |
