Apprenticeship industrial mechanic (m/f/d)

Objective
As an apprentice in the industrial sector at Nemak Wernigerode GmbH, you'll start directly in our modern, in-house training workshop and remain there for a total of 3.5 years. After passing the AP1 (first practical exam), you'll move to the specialist departments in your second year and gain practical experience. In your fourth year, you'll return to the training workshop to receive targeted preparation for your final exam.

Your Tasks
During your apprenticeship, you'll manufacture, set up, and commission components for machines and production systems. You'll monitor production processes, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform maintenance and repairs.
You'll learn to set up equipment and tools, machine workpieces, and control production processes.
Your responsibilities will also include quality control and documenting test results.
Your Profile
- Secondary school leaving certificate or (specialized) university entrance qualification, ideally
with good grades in mathematics and physics
- Interest in assemblies, machines, and production plants
- Analytical thinking and a structured work approach
- Willingness to learn, commitment, and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of German, mathematics, and physics, and ideally, knowledge of English
