Dual Degree Program (m/f/d)

Objective
As a dual-degree student (m/f/d), you’ll combine an academic degree with valuable hands-on experience at an international automotive supplier. During the practical phases, you’ll gain comprehensive insights into various departments and learn about operational workflows as well as the interconnections between different business processes.
From the very beginning, you’ll be mentored by experienced specialists and managers and gradually introduced to challenging tasks and independent projects. This allows you to directly apply the theoretical knowledge you’ve gained during your studies in a practical setting and continuously expand upon it.
Through the close integration of your studies and practical placements, you’ll develop both professional and personal skills and be optimally prepared for future specialized and project-based tasks within our company.
Tasks
During your dual degree program, you’ll become familiar with the diverse processes and structures of our company and support various departments in their day-to-day and project-related tasks.
Depending on your field of study, you’ll contribute to the analysis, planning, and optimization of business processes and gain insights into various corporate functions. In doing so, you’ll actively work on cross-functional projects, prepare reports and presentations, and help develop and implement solutions to current operational challenges.

Profile
- (Vocational) high school diploma with good grades, particularly in mathematics, German, and/or business-related subjects
- Interest in economic, technical, or organizational contexts, as well as in business processes
- Motivation to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Willingness to learn, initiative, and dedication
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Good command of German and, ideally, English
