Main Responsibilities

 

  • Analysis and evaluation of logistics, administration, and manufacturing processes
  • Identification of potential improvements and management of projects in the lean environment
  • Development and implementation of lean strategies and improvement measures
  • Planning, implementation, and follow-up of workshops and projects
  • Teaching content on the implementation of lean activities as part of employee training and coaching measures
  • Supporting the continuous optimization of production processes
  • Applying and further developing existing controlling and management tools
  • Reporting to management
  • Supporting audit preparations and documentation of relevant processes
  • Workplace design/optimization

 

Position Requirements

 

  • Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in lean management or process optimization, ideally in an industrial company
  • Knowledge of common lean methods (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, CIP, value stream analysis)
  • Confident use of MS Office, SAP knowledge an advantage
  • Very good analytical skills, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Good English skills
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative, and structured approach to work
