Mechanical Maintenance Employee (m/f/d)

Objective
As a Mechanical Maintenance Employee (m/f/d) you will ensure the technical availability of our machines and systems and make a significant contribution to smooth production processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain or repair machines, devices, and production facilities
- Set up machines and systems, commission them, and monitor the production process
- Process device parts, machine components, and assemblies and check them for dimensional accuracy; assemble components
- Assemble components into machines and technical systems; adjust and check machine functions
- Coordinate work with upstream and downstream areas in the company as well as with customers
- Evaluate technical documentation and prepare assembly drawings
- Maintain machines and systems and, if necessary, check and expand control technology components
- Repair and service defective machines and systems, arrange for repairs if necessary; determine, procure, or manufacture spare parts yourself
- Continuous processing of maintenance plans
- Documentation of all activities using specified forms and test documents.
- Transmission of necessary information to the next employee
Position Requirements
- At least 3 years of specialized vocational training
- Professional experience in the maintenance of processing and special-purpose machines
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift/4-shift system
- Flexibility, commitment, and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner
- Business fluent German
Beneficial Skills
- Valid forklift, crane, or aerial work platform license is an advantage
- English language skills are an advantage
