PLC programmer Automation (m/f/d)

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Development, adaptation, and optimization of PLC programs (e.g., Siemens S7, TIA Portal)
  • Commissioning, testing, and error analysis on automation systems
  • Support with the introduction of new production systems and technologies
  • Creation of technical documentation and instructions
  • Ensuring system availability through continuous optimization
  • Collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners and suppliers
  • Training and instruction of production employees in the use of automated systems

 

Position Requirements

 

  • Completed training or degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in PLC programming, preferably in an industrial environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, experience with ABB systems is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Siemens Sinamics drive technology, SEW, Siemens and Pilz sensor technology and safety technology
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Good English skills
  • Analytical skills, team spirit and a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
