Objective

Development and utilization of suitable means and methods of modern personnel policy, personnel development and promotion as well as personnel management. Playing a key role in shaping strategic HR work, in particular by defining principles and objectives.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Negotiating partner for the works council in all matters relating to works constitution law in connection with corporate requirements
  • Ensuring participation in accordance with the law and trusting cooperation with the works council
  • Participating in collective bargaining issues
  • Developing, implementing and managing a needs-oriented training program
  • Initiating and managing needs assessment
  • Obtaining specifications/orientation relating to corporate development
  • Supporting and advising the company's managers and employees on contractual matters, vacancies, procurement management, individual legal issues, employment law issues for line managers and personal issues
  • Participating at European HR management level in all matters relating to Group-wide HR work and designing a virtually uniform process landscape
  • Personnel controlling
  • Target/actual comparison, forecasting and forecast calculations
  • Support function for annual financial statements, personnel planning, personnel cost planning; for internal auditing, auditors, managers
  • Supporting the process for operational, short and medium-term planning of costs and capacities
  • Ensuring reports/statistics/analyses for internal and Group-wide purposes
  • Ensuring legally compliant payroll accounting, including responsibility for statutory audits by the competent authorities
  • Designing, coordinating and implementing the initial training of skilled workers and managing the full-time trainers
  • Representing the company on training issues in public relations work and in cooperation with other companies
  • Representing the company in labor law matters before the responsible court
  • Performing and acting in accordance with the guidelines of the management manual

 

Position Requirements

 

  • College / university degree
  • Experience: Specialized knowledge, interdisciplinary experience and know-how (2 years+)
  • Training as a company health manager
  • Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Confident handling of MS Office products
  • German language skills (business fluent)
  • English language skills (business fluent)
