Trainee Manufacturing Digitalization & IIOT (m/f/d)

Objective
As a working student or intern (m/f/d) working on a bachelor’s or master’s thesis, you will support the team in the Digitalization Department on various projects and with day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Support for migrating existing SSRS reports to Microsoft Power BI
- Development, optimization, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Creation and optimization of data models and SQL queries (MS SQL Server)
- Development of small applications using Microsoft Power Apps
- Support for process automation using Power Automate
- Analysis and visualization of production and quality data
- Collaboration on digitalization projects in the production environment
- Supporting the integration and analysis of data from MES, IIoT, and other production systems
- Collaboration on smaller software development and automation projects (e.g., using Python)
- Collaboration with business units to identify and implement new reporting and digitalization solutions
Position Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, computer engineering, business informatics, data science, or a comparable field of study
- Interest in business intelligence, data analysis, and the Microsoft Power Platform
- Basic knowledge of Power BI is desirable
- Basic knowledge of SQL; knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, or Python is a plus
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- Good command of German and English
