Objective

 

As a working student or intern working on a bachelor’s or master’s thesis, you will assist the Human Resources team with various projects and day-to-day operations.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Assistance with various projects
  • Support with applicant management
  • Assistance with organizing training sessions and events
  • Maintenance of personnel records
  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks

 

Position Requirements

 

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a higher education institution (university or university of applied sciences)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products
  • Interest in human resources topics, labor law, and organizational processes
  • German: C2 and English: B1
  • Discretion and a sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data
  • Structured, independent, and reliable work style
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Some prior experience in the form of various internships or short-term employment before starting your studies—ideally in an industrial setting—is a plus
